Terms & Conditions

• We need 50% Payments to confirm the booking and Balance 50% Payments needs to be paid at arrival with valid ID Proof of each member.

• Booking is non-cancellable. Advance will not be refunded; in case you wish to cancel any time after booking the dinner, no refunds or adjustments shall be made by us

• Our dinner timing is fixed as per booking letter/whatsapp catalogue sent to you by us or by third party app. If you arrive late, then also the dinner will end as per the stipulated time. If a guest does not come within 30 minutes of the Booking time, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any refund

• Kindly note that guest is allowed to click photos only in the concept Booked by them. If the guest Click the Photos/Use another concept then they must pay Complete charges of other concept also

• All our Theme rooms are strictly No smoking Rooms, 5000 will be penalty if found guilty

• Drugs, alcohol, smoking is not allowed anywhere in our Premise. If you will find doing it then hotel reserves the right to take legal action and will asks you to checkout immediately without refunds.

• We prepare Fresh food and maintain proper hygiene and utmost care is taken (In case of any health issue with food, our total liability is limited to the food cost which is 500 per person) in the entire booking value.

• Outside Food items/Drinks not allowed. Leftover Food or food not taken will not be packed

• Our Decorations are 75% same as shown in pictures. However, creativity is limitless and we can decorate differently also as per our Imagination at times. (Photographs are mere depiction of rough idea of the concept)

• Songs played in Restaurant or Rooftop or room will be a Fixed Playlist for all guests as per songs selection done us. No special song will be played for any guests.

• Outside Photographer is not allowed anywhere in our premise without our written consent

• We click the photos of the guest and publish them on our social media as per our photo policy sent to each guest before making the booking. We are not responsible for any claim against this.

• In case of Rain, the experience will be shifted to Indoor setup as per availability. No refund/adjustment will be made. Add-ons booked for Rooftop may not be placed in alternative concept in case of rain and no refund will be made even for them

• Food taste is a subjective matter of individual taste & preferences and no compensation or refund will be made on that ground.

• Playing a movie in a movie screening room depends on a lot of technical aspects. You need to bring your own laptop/pen drive. If due to any technical reason, the movie cannot be played, there will be no refund. IPhone will not connect with projector

• We need menu choice one day prior/same day by (8am) to make fresh food.

• If any damage to our property/Articles/Balloons used to decorate dinner Experience will be done, if will result in a penalty imposed on guests. You have to handover the Concept to us in the same manner it was given to you.

• Rooftop is a natural Environment and thus natural hazards at times (Insects, Mosquitoes, Dust, Heat, Wind, Cold etc.) cannot be avoided. We shall not be responsible for Natural factors / Natural calamities.

• Rooftop and Restaurant are shared experience. There will be other couples/Families too. For fully private experiences, you may choose Room Dining.

• Prices and Menu can change anytime. Extra person accompanying the Bookers strictly not allowed even for seeing the concept • If at any point of time during the dining experience. Your behaviour is not appropriate (Found Objectionable), manager may ask you to leave without any refunds.

• We do not allow persons above 40 years on rooftop.

• If for some reason, you leave within 15 minutes of your arrival due to dissatisfaction with decoration, in very rare cases we shall refund 50% of your booking amount (maximum refund would be 3000). If the concept is utilised for more than 15 min, then there shall be no refunds on the grounds of dissatisfaction

• In case of any kind of dispute related to booking or service or food, our total maximum liability is limited to price at which booking is done. (Exceptions – For high value booking 10000 and above, the total maximum liability is limited to maximum 10000 only. No special claim of any kind will be binding on our organisation over and above the Total booking amount or 10000 whichever is higher.

• In case we are not able to provide service due to reasons within our control or beyond our control, our total liability is limited to price at which Dinner is Booked. No special claim of any kind will be binding on our organisation over and above the Total booking amount or 10000 whichever is higher.

• In case of Natural calamities, we have no liability to refund booking amount or special claims

• It is the responsibility of the guest that before making a booking and paying advances , they have read and understood all the terms and conditions and it is acceptable to them.

• All disputes are restricted to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
